What is not clear about this. How do a pupil who is unable to pass BECE get to SHS to enjoy free SHS. Third word thing tanks. Asem ooh

So what will be the criteria for entry into SHS? Is that what you want an answer to ? The policy says all who enter SHS starting next academic year (17/18). Debating how one gets into SHS is ichildish because admission standards have already been settled . Don't we have wards in SHS now? On what basis did they get there ?
Why don't you wait for this government to start implementing this major policy? Then you can suggest improvements instead of negative musings?

If you dont pass to the next level how can you enjoy the free SHS. Even the school placement system will not post you to any school how much more to enjoy it. There is no contradictions at all....
