Many of them remain dwarfs and midgets throughout adult life making it difficult for them to achieve professional success. We cannot keep performing at junior levels and failing at senior level where it counts most

  "We have to consider that we are only together for just two months". These were the words of the Gabonese coach. I blame Issah Hayatou for taking the tournament hosting rights from Madagascar because of his hatred for his opposition candidate, Dr. Ahmad Ahmad who coincidentally is from Madagascar. The Gabonese are not prepared for this tournament so we cannot blame them. Issah Hayatou thought that by giving the hosting rights to Gabon, a Central Africa ally, he could win the election to continue as CAF President but he ended up infuriating the Southern African Block within CAF who together with West Africa, voted against him. It was Hayatou's greed that has brought this national disgrace to Gabon.
