In the muntie three case the trial was complete and the culprits sentenced. Again, they served one month in prison to serve as a deterrent before their pardon. That is what a responsible father does but not to abrogate trial ...

That is what a responsible father does but not to abrogate trial and allow the people to go scot free. Even if they had been jailed for one day no on e would have complained.
