  The NDC has also ALWAYS been lawless. Beginning with their birth in TREASON, through their extrajudicial murders of two High Court judges, on through their threats to kill and rape Supreme Court Justices - which acts conditions "high crimes", in and of themselves. Mr. Loh was an active participant in their latest atrocity. Ghanaians still do not seem to understand that "constitutional officers", are the closest thing to being "inviolate", in our system. Thanks to Rawlings, and his introduction of disrespect and lawlessness, which is the very basis of the NDC, Ghana is on our current civic trajectory. Loh's statement is a lot of nonsense. The other political parties seem to be the organs of megalomaniacs who seem to be on the scene to feel important. From what I read, the prosecuting States Attorney does not think shoeing video clips from Facebook or Twitter would stand up in court. In a democracy, an accused person has the right to face and cross examine witnesses against him. If the witness is a video clip from Facebook, how do you question such witness?

  He is jobless too bad therefore all that he is doing is to hop from media station to station.
  
  Ghanaians are more enlightened about governance that no one takes them for ride any longer.
