The Minister and the Hearlth Directorste have every right to choose who they want to run Ridge Hospital civil service rules not withstanding. Dr Anaba, should return to the Frafra enclave in the Northern area where he comes from. He is a Nedical Doctor first not a hospital manager. If he has a contact then he should negotiate compensation for earlier termination or go to court to enforce his rights for wrongful termination, instead of self promotion on the airwaves.A Pathological narcissistic doctor masquerading as a top hospital manager.

When the troops are not with you, you can communicate until your voice or brain explode. Management is about getting things done through people. Academic brilliance, awards, and concept papers are not factors for successful running of a large hospital. The workers don't want him there ?Dr. Anaba has shown he does not have any managerial skills by taking to the airwaves to self promote himself. He has shown to be a political hack. Good managers are not pompous. They hardly will compare themselves against professional colleagues.? Good managers are better at negotiations with employees and superiors. His behavior todate shows he is a politician. Well, his party lost the election so he must go.! There is a new Sheriff in town and he is calling the shots.. if he has a contract he should quietly negotiate termination benefits specified in the contract or failing go to court to enforce his rights. Dr Anaba should understand no one is indispensable. He has been removed . Managers can be removed without cause.
He should go away in peace for his own sanity. His life will go on if he does not continue to manage Ridge hospital. He a medical doctor and he will be fine.

I think your very actions and pronuncements attest to the fact that you are not technically competent to run a Regional Hospital of that magnitude, hence the need for a reorganization. How do you have a verbal exchanges with the sector Minister? Going through the Public Service Commission is like going through a hiring agency, in which case, PSC is the equivalent of The Office of Personel Management. It recruits all the public servants and moves the personel to the appropriate departments as was your case, the Health Sector Department, the Ghana Health Service Council. Your continual retention by the GHSC is dependent on your performance. Remember you work for and through the Ministry of Health, and Mr. Manu is your boss. Everybody has a boss, you know that right, Dr Anaba? He has the right to fire you if your performance is not satifactory.i wonder why you are not comporting self. You claimed to have worked in internaional organizations, such a behavior of yours in any US Medical facility will incur an outright expulsion and they will ask a securiyy guard to take your badge and walk you off their facility. Accept change Anaba. This is not the proverbial Ghanaian attitude of: " s/he hates me". No! Nobody hates you. Your inability to bring people together, hold them together and grow them is costing you this job. Dr. Anaba stop having exchanges with the Minister for Health. If you do not show the patience, the nurses, and the doctors respect because you are the boss, then you will not be a good fit for the Gt. Regional Hospital. It is not about "me, me, mini me", its about Ghana and the people of Accra. Anaba, accept the change or you can resign, that is your choice.
