  It amazes me that even lawyers among NDC, who should know better, wanted the trial judge in the Delta case to render judgment based on emotions and hearsay and not facts. The prosecutors could not identify their accusers, according to the judge, so on what basis should the judge render the verdict? At least in the Delta case, we did not see the executive (President) encroaching on the functions of the judiciary, as we saw in Montie 3.
