The supreme court on its own motion called the 3 three in.

Those NDC lawyers shouting themselves hoarse, are they ok? How do they advise that their learned colleague, the chief State attorney could have gone ahead and continued the prosecution against those 8 people when he had no evidence to link the suspects?

In this particular case the police in court on that day are saying that they cannot identify the accused persons. Should the court sentence such "innocent" people? And is it true that the police cannot identify the perpetrators of that shameful act? The worst enemies of this country are the lawyers, the politicians and the clergy. May the good Lord save us from these wicked groups.

All these Lawyers who should know better regarding our judicial system are talking rubbish. How can you justify the persecution of people without evidence? The police and those in the courtroom that day truefully cannot identity the culprits of the mayhem? The State attorney can only prosecute based on the docket handed to her? The GBA and Haruna Iddrisu and his NDC Lawyer colleagues know this? An when Citizen Martin Amidu tries to bring sanity on this brouhaha, the political opposition calls him names? How sad ? Now one can imagine how the Jewish mob agitated for innocent Jesus Christ to be crucified!
The NDC , the political opposition , just are looking for some NPP goats to be slaughtered to appease them for their electoral loss? Evidence or no evidence some people deem to be affiliated with the NPP must go to jail !!! And the AG and Information minister's knee jerk reaction to a professional decision by a State attorney were equally pathetic!! No wonder we haven't advanced much after 60 years of self rule. We have educated a bunch of clueless leaders? God please come safe us.
Shame on GBA for getting mixed up on the wrong side of this legal mess.They would be the first to boycott or protest if their clients were convicted without credible evidence. SHAME on Haruna Iddrisu and his hypocrisy doused and intellectually dishonest brigade of MPs and Lawyer propagandist!
All these lawyers will be the first to tell you under the rule of law we all aspire to, that it is better to let a perceived criminal go free than to convict an innocent. We all did not approve what the scoundrels called Delta Force did in the courtroom but we cannot in our quest to bring to book the criminals prosecute and convict innocents just so we can sleep well. That would be the rule of the mob.
