God! When will this man get off the campaign mode? Can someone tell him he now own the country and he was voted to fix what has been damage as he say? Before NHIS will revive and work well, find secrete agents in the hospitals. What they do is when medicine is 10cedis they indicate 20 or 30 in the receipts at the end of the month when government pay they will remove what's on it and leave the actual price. If u can solve that problem then health insurance will work well...
