It is legally wrong for any institution, whether private or public, that receives any form of support from the government to discriminate against any ghanaian based on religion. If the school is WHOLLY funded by the SDA church without any government support, then it has the fight to run the school how tgey feel fit. Even in that situation, the institution still has to abide by the basic human rights enshrined in the constitution of Ghana. Christian and Muslim institutions have to be made to comply with the laws in GHANA, and I expect the Ministry of Education to take a tough stance on this. These should be dragged through the legal system to serve as a deterrent.

I am a Catholic parent in Kumasi and know that AMASS is a very good school, but to avoid corrupting my children's faith i will NEVER send my child to that school. I belief our muslem brothers and sisters MUST put this at the back of their minds. They can't use their 'patapa' to intimidate anybody. If they adopt suicide killing we will face them.
I advice all church-based educational institutions to scrutinise every applicant thoroughly before admission. All other christian instituions of learning MUST follow the example of the SDA.
