NPP would have embarked on scorch to earth policy (civil war) had NDC were to be declared victors.They would have bent down major markets in the cities including ministries and govt installations.Even with victory on their side,look at what they are visiting on the nation. There is no incumbency advantage this time around.

Come next election, fewer voters will even consider voting for NDC. Even if NPP does not deliver as they have promised, most Ghanaians will rather not vote than to vote for NDC who they believe are corrupt to the bone. Personally, I think for NDC to have a shot at winning the elections, they will need a complete makeover.... New presidential candidate and new party leaders . It will be a disaster of gargantuan proportions for NDC to regroup with the same old known "crooks". I believe the hate for NDC will be more intense as many more embezzlement and malfeasance under their administration are unearthed - Mahama should find something else to do with his life. His genuine and sincere supporters must be patient. Over time Ghanaians will come to appreciate the work he did for Mother Ghana - and he will then become a much-loved former president.

The plain truth is that many of those clamouring for him to run in 2020 are the selfsame self-seeking individuals who turned Mahama's presidency into a gravy train.

Most of them are only seeking an avenue to enable them steal yet more of the cash they believe John Dramani Mahama can mobilise. Enough is enough. Ebeei.

Let them leave John Dramani Mahama alone - and find more honest and fair methods of earning their own living too. Haaba.
