SHS should be 4 years . NPP argued noisily that SHS should be 4 years. Now they are in power. Why are they silent over it? Is it an admission that they were wrong with their usual silly arguments?

It is not a matter of staying long on campus but the quality of the products. See we need better training not common paper certificate which doesn't truly tell the product
