Currently prison service is not given a budget to tackle over crowding, catering and rehabiliation and recreation or job creation activities for prisoners. Everything is an after thought when it comes to prisoners because we look at punishing prisoners rather than improving lives so that when prisoners come out they could fit into community. Some people even call prisoners as inmates.Why is thia happening. Are these people not humans being with identity.

Ministry for care of would be Criminals? On what purse? Taxpayers money? Apuuu. My only problem is the innocent ones incarcerated bcos a judge received a bribe.
