if a complaint is brought before CHRAJ by a complainant, the respondent is given the opportunity to respond to the allegation within ten days to response to the complained. if he or she fails a second follow up is send to him and this takes five working days to respond to it. Now Ken Ofori Atta can hand over to issues raised by the complainant to his lawyers yo handle it. it has nothing to do with his work because he may decide to be there personally or be represented by his lawyer or lawyers. Ghanaians need to know the truth about gov't dealings especially when madam Gloria Akufo denied of not having knowledge about the transactions and her position as attorney general and minister for justice have to advice gov't on loans, bonds among others as far as her office is concern, that is why attorney general and minister for justice is gov't lawyer and is suppose to advice government on their dealings. so let's stop this forth and back issue since both the complainant and the respondent would be require to produce evidence before the Commission.
