The NDC is rather disappointed in Joseph Yamin because when given the opportunity to serve as deputy Ashanti regional Minister, he was deeply involved in illegal mining. Indeed, Taking was not fit for any purpose and had to be dumped by John Mahama, the ex-president.
Yamin's current strategy is to create the wrong impression to the disgruntled NDC supporters that, given the second chance by the party he would be a better candidate as the Ashanti regional chairman of the NDC. Yamin is throwing dust into people's eyes, as he is not fit for any purpose. In fact, he is scheming to replace the regional chairman in any future elections of the party.
