There should be a clean and fair procedure to employ social workers. Either than that it would continue all the time when any new government comes to power. That is the result of high unemployment in the country.

This is long overdue at least now we have an administration with some backbone to do what is right.

It will be exercised fully in the supreme interest of Ghana to ensure the rapid debelopment, progress and prosperity of this country.
Next time if NDC ever comes to power ahain, it will conduct the affairs of governance in a responsible, intelligent, incorruptible and competent manner that sees economic growth moving upwards of North, instead of a Usain Bolt-like descent into the unending abyss of stagnation, rottenness and retrogression. Remember when the late Atta-Mills came to power, he asked NPP-appointed District Chief Executives to continue working until he finished with his appointments. Mature and democratic leaders do not dismiss public sector workers because of political affiliation, whether real or imaginary. What NPP is doing is bad for the country, it will create more division in the country and willnot augur well for national cohesion.

People should be employed with all ages between 18 - 50 and should work for a maximum 10yrs with good pays that could and should enable them to start their own businesses and venture into entrepreneurship and there could be more vacancies in the public sector as well checks and balances.
Challenges of unemployment and suicides could also be resolved.
