The Prison is whole community of itself. All manner of persons are there. The soft hearted and the hard hearted, the weak and the strong, the vulnerable and the most powerful cartels are in there. Things of this nature is bound to happen. Some officers can never be exonorated in nefarious activities, but the majority are doing their best. An ex-convict will tell his story and polished up for public sympathy. Some are true and some may not be true. The best thing for this country Prisons is to introduced CTO Camera system where officers don't have contacts with the inmates. The system monitors their activities but not the officers. In modern pediatrics, officers don't come into direct contacts with the prisoners. We need this kind of security to avoid some of these allegations.

I'm not surprise, The current recruits at their Training school now are supposed to be 350 recruits. Out of 350, 300 recruits are from the same TRIBE. They call them spare parts.
