From what you are saying, you appear to be one of those people if given the chance will milk Ghana dry by inflating cost of projects. My 4 bedroom house at roofing level has cost cost me ghc35000 : workmanship-7000ghc; block-8000ghc; cement-2700ghc; iron rods- 2800ghc; carpenter and steel bender-2000ghc; sand&stone-3000ghc; labour for pillars and lintel-1200ghc; miscellaneous including h20, transport,food and drinks for laboureres etc-3300ghc. Note the food and drinks are my own good will gesture and could have been avoided. From the above, I find it difficult to understand why you are claiming to build a one bedroom house for 120000ghc. I don't hope to spend more than 180000ghc to complete this four bedroom house with each room having its own toilet and bathroom (ensuite).

  In one of his useless lectures, Mahama claimed that prosecuting corrupt officials is not necessary but systems must be put in place to curb the canker. It is very glaring that where even stringent measures have been put in place Mahama and his Family members always by-passed them to loot the state coffers. Example is the abuse of sole sourcing to inflate contract sums to the benefit of Mahama and his family and friends.
