In one of his useless lectures, Mahama claimed that prosecuting corrupt officials is not necessary but systems must be put in place to curb the canker. It is very glaring that where even stringent measures have been put in place Mahama and his Family members always by-passed them to loot the state coffers. Example is the abuse of sole sourcing to inflate contract sums to the benefit of Mahama and his family and friends.

Those leaders were not the actual culprits; hence, they should have compelled the leaders to own up the actual culprits. I would have also recommended allowing them to take their exam and withholding results until they produced the culprits, or the suspension.
