  False. A brand new millitary heli,well equipped, costs more than 50 million. Of course, you can buy a second-hand machine much cheaper. The question is what equipment do they have on board and do we actually need them ?

It is very clear now the NPP can not make a single statement clear and correct.Right from the campaign promises to purging the ghost name infested pay roll of the Accountant General's department to trainee teachers allowances and all that; yet they keep on with the lies.
