The project has been on the drawing board since Kuffour. NPP built the Fishing Harbor in Elmina. Ghanaians just don't trust NDC.

The fish processing plant is really going to improve the lives of the folks around the catchment area. The minister commissioned this project without acknowledging those who built it. We know the truth; we are watching. The minister also spoke about the fisheries college, another work of the NDC team as if it was her government's project. What a shame! They are claiming all these projects yet they described the architects as incompetent. If this is the definition of incompetence then I prefer it.
