  Most board members are representatives of our political families. They don't have to prove themselves to earn that "thank you" nod from our leaders. When you have dummies supervising wiz kids, what do you expect? Even with the able and astute smart ones watching, the kids still find a way to fly their kites while board members are enjoying their free stipends. Let's put it this way. 90% of our board members are wanna be stooges dressed as kings in their own rights. Most of their meetings are spent on wine, dining and snoozing.
