Yes if there is no money there is no money,I completed Cambridge college of education in 2014 n l was posted in 2016 ,l passed all my exams ,we were getting to 600 graduates from 3 private colleges,our schools were being posted by the government till 2014 when the unexpected happened.
So if there is no money, there is no money n is no ones fault.
