What the document on the decentralization say about the status of veterinary services, agricultural engineering services, plant protection and regulatory services etc?

The fact is that no government in the world can continue to absorb all graduatiing teacher, nursing or any other professionals into the public service in perpetuity. The system will choke at a point, snd these people must look to the private sector or other avenues for employment. However, the NPP, for for cheap electoral gains, created the impression during the campaigns that the NDC was being insensitive by not automatically absorbing all graduating personnel into public service, and promised to give employment to these people when voted for. That swayed them to vote for the NPP. Today, reality has set in, and the chickens have come home to roost. The worse is yet to come as there are thousands of nurses in training who will be coming out of training over the years ahead. Propaganda and lies can't prevail over truth and reality forever. Time will surely expose the real Liars. Instead of learning their lessons and eating humble pie, the NPP in its usual elements and arrogance is promising to find jobs for all the hundreds of thousands of the young men in galamsey who are now being displaced. These are the same people Nana Addo stood on campaign platforms at Akwatia and Obuasi to lie to that, unlike the NDC, he was coming to protect them, streamline and make galamsey more effective and lucrative for them. The NPP canon stop lying and giving promises. It is in their DNA. These people will surely speak in 2020.

Tell these vet assistance to apply directly to the numerous horse stables in Dubai and and I am certain some of them will get jobs. Most of the stables are owned by the ruling family members or well-heeled Dubai businessmen so there would not be any problem with employment visas to Dubai once they are offered jobs. These vets should open their job employment opportunities by getting on the web and looking beyond Ghana. The Ghana government cannot employ every Ghanaian citizen.

They should be cautious about 419 "recruiter" who ask for fees. NOrmmally, prospective employers commit to pay fees to legitimate recruiters after successful recruitment.

And other training college that is not named here. WE HAVE ONLY ONE VETERINARY COLLEGE IN THIS COUNTRY. AND A STUDENT FROM THIS NOBLE INSTITUTION IS NOT BE EMPLOYED DIRECTLY. We should stop playing politics with such things. Everybody is keeping mute on this thing. WE MISTAKENLY THINK VETERINARY IS MORE TO AGRICULTURE THAN MEDICINE. Veterinarian prevent more infectious diseases from animals to human beings. To fight against TB then empowered veterinary. TB from Cattle -Bovine Tuberculosis is very infectious it affects men.

Veterinary technicians play a vital role in the Ghanaian public. 75% of human diseases originates from animals. TB, rabies, anthrax, ebola, bird flu, brucelosis, typhoid, all kinds of worms, etc. I think they are not fairly treated as health professionals. TB for instance cannot be eradicated from man without engaging more vet technicians in Ghana.
