The answer is simple and straight forward. They all love stealing government money with passion.

  Cont. From previous post. How can a user who pays 100ghc a month all of sudden use 4500ghc worth of electricity in a month? . Does this make sense to you?. Mula mother used to pay between 70&95ghc per month but from February her bill has been between 150and180ghc. Enquiries at the district electricity office showed mistakes in the computation of the bill. The person supposed to read the meter doesn't but just guess and put up any figures he likes and enters in his work schedule book that he has read the meter. He has never met my mum or anyone in the house to request access to read the meter yet every month, he claims to have read the meter. I think some of these guys are deliberately doing that to make the government of the day unpopular whereas in most cases they may be a genuine computer errors created by humans. So Mr, please let's hesitate a bit before jumping into conclusions of some issues of national onterest

  Yes I think ECG MUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ABNORMAL BILLING. THIS THING DIDN'T START YESTERDAY. IF NOTHING IS DONE THE PEOPLE MUST CONTINUE WITH THEIR PROTEST UNTIL THIS ABNORMAL BILLING IS STOPPED.

  we didn't say we ll not pay the bills , our reason is that when you are dealing with customers, and there ll be change of something you have to alert us that we are planting new bill sheet so it ll take us for some few mont ...

  we didn't say we ll not pay the bills , our reason is that when you are dealing with customers, and there ll be change of something you have to alert us that we are planting new bill sheet so it ll take us for some few month before we ll give you the new billing sheet , so we can use our previous billing sheet to be paying it, we served them letter for explanation but they don't reply we send our leaders yet to no respond so we decided to demonstrate to the time our problem are solve
