If the police story were true that the shooting was as a result of business misunderstanding between same nationals of Burkina, certainly it calls for further questions as to how foreigners who came to clear goods at Tema ports came by weapons to attack each other. If the incident was between a Burkinabe and a hired group of Ghanaian hoodlums to resort to the use of arms to collect the money then, the story of the police is absolute falsehood and its unfortunate to put out there a story intended to protect the image of Ghana as a country safe to do business rather than telling the whole truth as it were. The police position in the matter of the "robbery" incident is not desimilar to the wishy washy investigations the police carried out on all political bregandy that were all meant to serve the interest of their employers, here Nana Addo's government.
