I'm not sure if doc your approach is appropriate. You should have taken the case to a lower court before attempting the supreme court. The Supreme court may ask you to file at a lower court first. Who's your lawyer?

Any future government should then proceed to charge those whose stupid and unlawful decisions would have led to the court decisions with "causing financial loss to the state". NPP is seriously sewing the seed of disunity, divisiveness, hatred, Vindictiveness, lawlessness, ethnocentricsm and confusion, which will destroy our country someday. Sadly some sadistic ethnocentric idiots who appear to have exchanged their reasoning capacities and sense of fairness for political pettiness and buffoonery. God bless our homeland Ghana.

im soo sooo disappointed in the media: citi fm, adom fm, peace, joy fm etc. you failed to educate the public on how appointments are made in the ghs using this anaba saga as an example. it happened to dr nsiah asare and he won over 700,000ghc judgement debt. today he's DG of GHS and watching same thing happen to dr anaba and tribal bigots and political blind followers think another judment debt wont come our way!

Dr Anaba wasn't sacked n the first place. he was only acting temporarily , not substantive CEO and that's why he himself( Dr srofenyo) had to also apply when the vacancy was announced

dr. anaba claims he has done a lot of good things in ridge hospital but he has refused to tell us that he is using two govt bungalows in accra here since he assumed office as medical director of the hospital. he has done a lot of things which have placed the hospital in a very bad financial situation. employing relatives without considering the ability of the facility to pay fromm IGF. if these are not mismanagement then what else. no wonder he is crying so much for good conditions of service because he knows he wouldn't be able to abuse the system at UDS like he was doing at the ridge hospital
