Due to stupid superstitious believes, most people are insulting the president for all these horrible carnage on our roads.Be a good citizen and tell your MP's your grievances

When more than 300 people perished in the floods at circle where were you. Who was then the president of Ghana? NDC still thrives on lies. Bunch of criminals who can't change. After you suffered such a humiliation in the 2016 general elections, you still dwell in denial. Ghanaians have seen the lies of the NDC and have decided not to deal with you guys anymore. Either there are accidental deaths in Ghana, or not NDC will sojourn in the political wilderness for another forty years before they can find their way back into power.

When will this carnage on our roads stop? I think this matter of rampant and deadly accidents should be seriously addressed because innocent people are dying almost every other week. Is it because of our roads or driver education? It should be one of these. If a driver does not check his or her vehicle on regular basis then accidents like these are bound to happen because it is all part of driver education. Regular maintenance of your vehicle should be a number one priority. Are all those behind those steering wheels have the proper driver licenses and education? It does not show that people go through those vigorous driving tests and education before they get on the roads. Something drastically should be done to curb this because it is getting worse by the year. It is not the fault of the NPP (as Mr. APONKYE said), however, they can solve the problem by seriously looking into it.

There are many causes of these frequent road accidents that the government needs to address. Firstly, the government should see to it that the cars on the road are road worthy. There should be frequent assessment of all cars just like developed countries. Importation of very old cars into the country must cease. The roads also must have frequent trouble shooting and maintenance. Placement of road sign boards to warn drivers of potential dangers is a necessity . Drivers should learn to be patient when they sit behind the steer. They have to appreciate the lives of human beings. I know a lot of these accidents is due to overtaking, most of the time, underestimating the speed of the oncoming car from the opposite direction results in accident. Drivers should not drink and drive, period. Drivers should be schooled to read and write. Above all they should always pray for His Mercy. He's the Doer, you can't leave Him behind.
