  In the interim, it is difficult to prevent any right thinking Ghanaian to believe that sleaze was not the intent.

Do you think in your right frame of mind that receiving 2 million US Dollars to facilitate a 6 million US Dollar project, as a local partner with no major role in the whole project other than mere facilitation, is fair?
