And as DG of NCA you were oblivious that the equipments you paid for have ended up in someone garage? Granted per the rules of Kokofu game , the Akans shared the $1.5million without you poor outsider? Mr. Oppong tells us he was unable to transfer $3 million of monies given to his firm to pay the equipment supplier due to lack of some paper work? And you were the Director General of NCA??? Do you think as CEO or COO of NCA you and the Board have fiduciary responsibilities to the people of Ghana? Are you telling us you were just a seat warmer as DG of NCA ??? Then you and the whole Board including Mr. Oppong deserved to be shamed !!!
