This old man is really confused and incompetent. You said ministers of monitoring and evaluation, regional reorganization, Business development and Senior minister are not full ministries and therefore operate from the office of the president. How then do you give them cabinet positions? A very important ministry that handles youth affairs and also that of social protection have been left out. No wonder, we shall be seeing more INCOMPETENCE in the coming months.

Clearly from your submission you don't understand the constitution of our country. The president can chose or create any office he so desires except the Attorneys Generals. Also the cabinet he has chosen is dipicting the npp's manifesto on which he promised to do certain things.
So what all this means is he wants to be on top his priorities so he doesn't fail the people who voted for him which is a depiction of the entire nation as evidenced by the last elections when he was overwhelming voted for.

The vice president and the Senior Minister are default members of the cabinet. I can only guess that they have been left out to make the list smaller. Ghanaians have been complaining that the President is bloating everything.
