  The coach should train the boys to play an offensive game, that is,using more strikers. The also hang on the ball for far too long.

  It look like our coaches don't want to move with time. 1. They don't learn from foreign coaches when they are on attachment. 2. They don't have prior knowledge of their opponents before entering a game. 3. They cannot read games under pressure and make good substitutions. Now soccer has changed a lot, you need to know the weakness of your opponents then exploit it to win. The coaches should watch foreign games and use that to their advantage. When they hire someone who knows the job, they grumble. Meanwhile they cannot execute the job successfully. The coaches need to woke up.
