ARRANGEMENTS WERE EVEN MADE FOR THE GHANA ARMED FORCES TO SEND SOLDIERS TO PROTECT THE MINERS. HOW CAN THIS BE? AKUFO ADDO DIDN'T INSTRUCT CAPT. MAHAMA TO GO TO DENKYIRA FOREST. JOHN AND IBRAHIM MADE THE DEAL WITH 5BN BEFORE LEAVING OFFICE. SO THE MINORITY FOOLS SHOULD GIVE US A BREAK. PEOPLE ARE DYING FROM UNKNOWN CAUSES..CYANIDE AND MERCURY POISONING. THEIR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN WILL ONE DAY BE AFFECTED. WE BLAME MAHAMA AS WE WEEP OVER THE PAINFUL DEATH OF MAXWELL . Law and order has been absent from Ghana, in many years. Vigilantism is a bad thing, but it rears it's head when citizens feel the judicial and other structures of society has broken down. Mob justice does not observe "due process". The result can be innocent people being hurt or killed. This outcome has happened before and it will happen again. There is a direct connection between the mindset of the people who committed this atrocity, and the people who invaded a courtroom a few weeks ago, and the people who threatened to kill and rape Members of Ghana's Supreme Court about a year ago. Lawlessness! If you are willing to nod and wink at one outrage, then the next outrage should be par for the course. People in Ghana simply scoff at the "law". They have been ignoring the law so long nobody becomes concerned when something as bad as the murder of a soldier occurs. Several years ago, a new mayor of a major city in the western world adopted a tactic known as the "broken window" strategy. This strategy called for the arrest and prosecution of anyone who breaks even someone else's windows. The theory being, if you engage a criminal when he commits small crimes, it deters him from graduating to bigger crimes. That strategy worked. Crime fell in the city in which this was implemented. Lawlessness. Ghana ins just shrug at it!
