THE MINING OPERATION HAS BEEN A SOURCE OF WORRY FOR LOCALS WHO COMPLAIN OF NEGLIGENCE, ILL TREATMENT BY THE CHINESE OPERATORS AND SOLDIERS FROM 5BN REGULARLY SENT TO SECURE THE PIT MINE. TALK OF DIRTY SLAPS AND INTIMIDATION BY SOLDIERS. LOCALS CAN NO LONGER GO TO THEIR FARMS NEAR THE MINE. THEY HEARD THE MAHAMA CLIQUE HAD A HAND IN IT WITH THE CHINESE. TENSIONS HAVE BEEN VERY HIGH. MAXWELL WASN'T LYNCHED, STONED AND BURNED BY ACCIDENT. SUDDENLY, WORD LEAKED ABOUT JOHN MAHAMA'S RELATIVE HAVING TAKEN OVER COMMAND OF SECURITY. YOU MAY NOT BELIEVE IT BUT GIVE IT ONLY 14%.

I regret to say this but Ghana will remain cursed forever. A country where people don't value human life. Funerals are what the citizens adore most.Simply put a country of morons. I hate this country to the core. A country that has and continues to produce professors,PHDs, countless degree holders, but critical thinking is still a very expensive commodity. If an assembly man who, one would have thought, is enlightened enough to avert these types of incidents,can order thugs to take the life of an innocent person, then I am sorry, Ghana will continue to sink deeper and deeper.Incurable abysmal ignorance and stupidity will continue to be the bane of this useless country, which hasn't been fortunate enough to get people with brains to provide the leadership it has desperately needed over the years and still needs. This incident is very painful and will be very hard to forget.

When people resort to vigilante justice, innocent people get hurt. The area's DCE is responsible for Captain Mahama's death and should be dealt with to the full extent of the law.
