That's the basic fundamental. Doing the right thing when nobody is watching is what is lacking in the developing world. Selective, delayed and very CORRUPT security and justice system is the cause of all of these.

If he can refer to Ghana as a lawless society, he should equally be right to call Ghana a corrupt nation because corruption permeates through the very fabric of the typical lazy Ghanaian mindset and it even started in "the days of Adam and Eve", according to Kufuor. People take bribe to get rich quick and you were calling JDM "corrupt and incompetent", whilst paying blind eye to the fact that it is the Ghanaian society itself that is corrupt, and not JDM. Where is the logic here? What a sheer display of double standard! What a hypocrite masquerading himself as pastor. What is good for the goose should equally be good for the gander. What about the invincible forces and the Delta forces? Well, this is "competency" for you. Change has indeed come!

Before the White man each tribal land had law and order in Ghana.
