The security agencies backed by the law and the executive must take clear and ruthless steps which will make citizens who stray into mob justice and impunity quiver with fear.

The IGP must resign in my estimation,since his appointment there ve been one problem or the other,youth on rampage,police killing civilians and attacks on the police and all that.Look what happened to the soldier is yet another issue coming out of the indiscipline from the public,why can't the police move on to arrest people even when its public,a police officer who rosed through the ranks can be so helpless,there's a lot of mistrust within the public and the police,there's too much corruption in the police service.The president Nana Addo must rise up as soon as possible and direct his ministers,the various service commanders to end this indiscipline among Ghanaians,corruption has become a daily bread for many people from the private sector to the public institutions,there's no time for him,the NDC ve set traps everywhere for him and he's failing to see it,a president must not only listen to good news but those around him ll never tell him the truth.

IGP, just walk your talk and stop the spineless barking. There is too much lawlessness in the country. The Police Administration keeps asking for increases in staff strength and gets its wishes fulfilled. Policemen get high salaries and other amenities but do nothing to check law breaking in the society.
Drivers and motor riders manoeuvre recklessly and frequently even on the N I. They face on-coming traffic in their own lane and stop anyhow to pick passengers. Drivers occupy two out of three lanes without a care about the interest of those entitled to use the lanes. Policemen are usually around but do nothing to check the culprits.
Our society needs to rely on the police to live orderly lives but Ghana Police is still hiding under the excuse that politicians frustrate them in their work. Basic police work does not have to wait for directives from politicians.
IGP, with your sound academic background and rich experience, we expect a lot from you. So far, you have failed to make any impact. Buck up!
