  I'm very disappointed in you prof. Chastising the police always gives the criminals hope. The captain even knew the police was his last chance and that's why he was running to the nearest police station. Every human institution is bound to make a mistake. Even UCC with all their professors failed to thoroughly investigate a small issue that occurred in march. The country can not survive without the Police.
