  I particularly like the unique identification number - similar to the national insurance number in London.
  
  The benefits will include
  
  1. knowing how much tax one has paid in a year for example.
  
  2. Using this to weed out those who steal money. For example - the government can collaborate with the banking sector through a regulator and those who have stolen money and showing very high bank balances can be asked to account for how much tax they have paid on such incomes for example.
  
  The whole system should be linked and it is very easy to catch the crooks.
  
  A creation of a data centre like the one the NPP used to stop the election results from being tampered with.
  
  Algoriths can be written and any person with high uneven incomes in any two years for example can be investigated to explain where the difference came from.
  
  This Dangote guy is a credit to Africa. He has worked hard and he is showing the way. If you want money, work for it, not necessary to steal, period.
  
  Only caution is to ensure that when these new contracts are signed, there is scrutiny so the people are not short changed.
