The people are compelled to take the law in their own hands when they lack adequate police services.Things have changed in our country and our security must be upgraded to deal with it.You cannot maintain law and order with part time police or police who only show up after horrible incidents.We need around the clock police patrol in all our communities.If there are not enough Officers to do this then the IGP must vocalize that and request for. additional resources.At the moment we blame the lack of law and order for this and if we don't upgrade our security,the country should be prepared for more of such incidents.

Anybody knows you hear the name Mahama and you know some sophisticated fishy business or crime is being committed using various institutions as their camouflage cover . You listen to the various videos and you may even hear the gunshots of the captain shooting at the people but no where was he shouting as required to identify himself. Because the people are Fantis or Akans its easier to blame them instead of finding out the truth. The story doesnt add up , anyone who has taken the time to travel around most pats of the Central region will observe even in the middle of the night even white girls , tourists Europeans and other foreigners walking alone or roaming around unaccompanied and nothing ever happens to them . But then again every once in a while we hear of some white-man being killed because of some gold deal. Lynching is wrong but this has elements of self defense and over reactions to it, remember he fired his gun at the people before with courage they disarmed him . It would have been better if they had handed him over to the police but we all know he would have paid a bribe and those who had apprehended him would have been languishing in jail . There can be no peace without the assurance of justice. Npp , Ndc and most of the media are in a hype propaganda mode to blame the innocent people of the town rather than properly look at the suspicious activities of the captain . First he was jogging alone with a gun in plain sight . Rather than identify himself chose to engage in shooting at the residents , a sign of substandard training or criminal intent . He was on duty and an officer but had no other lower ranking soldiers accompanying him , was he deployed there to be on holiday so could go jogging around ? Never trust these security forces especially the army as they are involved in all kinds of criminal activity and always have sophisticated propaganda lies to make it appear they did nothing wrong. A wise man once said its stupidity to know the truth but chose to believe the lie.

Let me say that a lot of innocent people have been lynched and there murderers have been left with impunity. The very handsome and intelligent captain death, has brought about end to this horrible behavior. Even demons like themselves how much humans. These guys are very possessed and more than the devil. As you overpowered the young innocent captain, the best thing is to call the police or send this young man to the police to verify if he is truly an armed robber. Lack of education, wickedness to the higher degree and the bad and corrupt nature of the police n judiciary has led to this menace. The news media should educate the citizenry about the rule of law while justice must prevail in the court system as well as policing. My brother Kwame who ask the army to spay the all youth in the town is not different from the murderers. Even suicide bombers are sent to court to proof them quilty b4 punishment. Also if we don't handle this case well it can lead to tribal or ethnic conflict which will be the greatest ever in the history of Africa because there are a lot of demonic and unemployed youth as a result of bad governance.

In deed as you say the villagers ought to be aware of this jogger who jogs through everyday. But if indeed he jogged through everyday then he should have known his way to and from camp, and would not have stopped to ask the alarm-blowing" women. The stories are too many, but the fact remains that this should not be happening in Ghana. We, as a people, have condoned lynching of 'armed robbers' to such a point that we are all not safe in unfamiliar territory. There must be public education against lynching!!!

I mean they have to be killed too. I know you will not agree with me but that is what I think. I have read much of what people have said about these people they are found of doing that this mob beating. Formal dce said so and a guy who was interviewed by one of the TV stations said the same thing. He even further said when they are doing that and you try so safe the situation they turn against you. What kind of people are you? I also suggest that nana should sack the current dce because of his comments he made about this issue. I wish I repeat again the culprits need to be killed to serve as deterrent to others who think instant Justice is the last resort. The police and the course need to be up and doing and stop freeing such people they are brought to them and ensure fair Justice.May the good Lord console the family of the late captain Adam especially his wife and the kids. And may his sad sole rest in peace forever and ever.
