  This is the problem that has destroyed the competitiveness of the blackstars. While it is good to give just due and props to the stars, incoming players must stop being starry eyed and start pushing these stars to greater heights by bringing competition to them. Don't settle for being bench players. Settle for taking over their starting positions by pushing them to their limit. Those "Stars" were once like you so it should be no different. We need to stop feeding into this timid-like culture that has developed among the players. Be humble, but be assertively aggressive. The blackstars shouldn't be a playing ground for the best of friends. It should rather be a family of competitors that push each other to be great. Look at the Germans for example. Everyone is ready to come in at any point during the game, itching to prove their worth.
