Those senior military officer were seized by an indiscipline military mob and without due process of the law, tied them to stakes and shot them at close range. At best they were murdered on suspicion of corruption. Captain Mahama was murdered on suspicion of armed robbery. Is there much difference? Every murder is a murder and all are equally despicable. If we make murderers heroes, why do we condemn those who murdered the captain? Ghana is one big mess of hypocrisy.

I quite remember very well that the supreme court annulled its celebration, but up till now JJ is allowed to celebrate this hilarious occasion, reminding the nation of the dark days. Many are those who lost their relatives during that time and will never forgive JJ. It also reminds them and continue to bring tears unto their eyes. I think the law that prohibited its celebrations should be reenacted to stop JJ from further celebrating this useless revolution that even added to the corruption which he thought he was fighting against.
