  You are right npp is never serious. If you cannot feed basic school pupils how do you intend to make shs free for all plus feeding grants? Jokers party. No wonder you are resorting to progressive free shs approach.

  Interestingly GES is not in charge of the School Feeding Program. It was initially under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Local Government and was moved last year to Ministry of Gender.
