As a learned lawyer of your status, bring in comments that fit in all in all minds. Is there any prison called 'condemned' cell? Or is another legal term? I will propose that a huge monument in the image and honor of the late Captain Mahama should be erected in the town with inscriptions like " the chiefs and people of this town, young and old, men and women altogether murdered and burnt the lifeless body of this soldier" to show how this army captain was brutally murdered in cold blood in that town and to shame them.

We achieve this by looking at the whole system of justice administration including the police handling of such cases, the judiciary hanging of such cases and how we can change the perception of the ordinary Ghanaian that the law works and instant justice is illegal.
Late Mahama unfortunately is not the only person who suffered this fate more have and more will happen again if nothing is done about it.
