  I think it would be a good move if Foreign Investors were made to partner with local businesses. Currently. local businesses face too many disadvantages against foreign businesses. For example, loan & credit facilities at lower rates than local businesses & tax holidays and other incentives. It is impossible to boost the economy if local businesses face unfair competition from foreign owned Enterprises.
