How come WAFA who are playing arguably the best brand of football in the country do not have a single player in the squad not withstanding the fact hat they also top the local league .

I wonder what Appiah is waiting for.Doesn't he realise that Ghana does not have a potent striker any more?Gyan is the only player we can rely on to score consistently and he is been slowed by injuries and age.Waris is the most unreliable player on the team.He has the potential to be great but his performance is too inconsistant.And Jordan is playing in the wrong position as a Striker.I think Waris must be dropped,Jordan pulled back to midfield and Dede pulled forward to strike.The door must also be opened to try out different other strikers nows.This is a matter of urgency.We must discover the next replacements for Gyan before it is too late.Time is not on our side.

No serious coach in the modern game anywhere in the world will call 27 players for one competitive match. Are we now doing try and error? The coach must know what he wants, which players he needs for what he wants, and go for them. He then only calls up players to come in and replace others if he so thinks at any point in time. What our coach is doing with this massive call-up could pose a problem for us. Let us not come to the point of, "We told you so", and "Had we known". It would be too late for us. A word to the wise.........!!!

He is always calling players according to the wish of the GFA and some bigshots. Why do you think the GFA who fired him also turned around to bring him back? They want total and complete control. Football is huge business and those greedy officials are taking us for a ride.

Very candid comment. 30 or 27 call ups is unreasonably high. Appiah should begin his second chance with some solid technical capabilities. This "trial & error" in modern football should be discarded outright.

The football we are dealing with here is entirely different and any tactically knowledgeable coach wouldn't call 27 persons for a single match. It has some psychological effect on the players. Mallam Tulla is absolutely right. There is some deficiency in the coach - tactical /technical.

Why are u still using old player?
