  @Happy Farmer. How is it the NPP government when the Cocoa Sika Payment Platform "has been on the drawing board for some time now."? Why must we Ghanaians politicize everything? Give credit where credit is due. It has been a collaborative effort from both governments which is in the best interest of farmers at the end of the day.
