  Why, did the slain Captain fail him promotional exams which he took just before gruesomely murdered by the vampires? When was he supposed to be promoted by the results of that exams? If the man on his own had passed his exams and was on his way up as a Major, where is the honour supposed to have been done him by the president? Somebody, please educate me; I'm only from the village where the Monday newspapers arrive on Friday.
