  I could see the pain,anger and frustration in the Founder's voice during the June 4th anniversary.What is amazing is that some so-called leading members with serious criminal tendencies who significantly contributed to the embarrassing and humiliating defeat are still trying very hard to justify the wicked corruption,greed and avarice Rawlings alluded to as obvious cause of NDC defeat.If this calamitous defeat inflicted on the NDC in the just ended election as people resentment and disapproval of the Mahama Government will not be a useful lesson to some sick minds,then there will be no lesson to learn.The total rejection of the Mahama Government was tentatively a citizen revolt against an extremely corrupt and insensitive regime.The NDC now have two dichotomous groups;infiltrators largely from other political parties and other walks of life whose primary aim is to foster division and take advantage of the ensuing confusion to become party oligarchs or if you like demagogues, with the intention of debasing and destabilizing party structures to perpetuate corruption and illegality purely for self aggrandizement without due recourse to party ideology or principles.We also have true cadres and other party loyalists who remain unadulterated in their believe in the june 4th tenets of probity,accountability and integrity in the context of socialist ideology with the belief in social equity and social justice in the interest of the poor masses.I have said it before and still remain adamant in my disposition that we have been badly betrayed by some extreme deviants in the party who can largely be described as bad role models.Of course one may argue that we have been indoctrinated as children of the PNDC revolution who grew up working in and with the revolution.However we feel it is a very good indoctrination because we were thought as boys scouts and part of the larger revolutionary movement of the Cadre Front,CDR and PDC to always work hard with patriotic and nationalistic feeling and not just distance ourselves from corruption and illegality but fight it.That is why as kids,when we saw anything untoward or suspicious pointing to some form of corruption or illegality we reported to immediate superiors/seniors for action.This have affected our lives and made us misfits in a Country that is badly plagued with the corruption canker with every nook and cranny affected ranging from public institutions,churches up to the seat of government(presidency).Little wonder the youth of Ghana now consider aggressive pursuit of wealth through corruption and illegalities as normal with one condemned as foolish and dumb if you don't indulge in such.But what is completely baffling in the last 8 years of NDC rule especially under JDM was the spade,scale and magnitude of open,uncontrolled corruption under an NDC Government which is supposed to be social democratic in ideological orientation built under the PNDC good tenets of probity,accountability and integrity.It took me back to the revolution days growing up as boy child with nostalgic feeling of what would have happened to perpetrators of such callous audacious politico-economic crimes such as mass graft that siphon millions from public purse in the interest of few elites at the expense of majority poor.I personally got a taste of an example of corruption and illegality when i was blackmailed dismissed as a medical practitioner by the GHS to cover up a blood transfusion scandal that killed a teenager by name Patience Sakpetey, widely captured by both traditional and social media, just because she could not afford an illegal fee of Gh.C50.I saw the side of injustice and suppression of the rule of law when i challenged my case in the Human Rights Court where the Mahama Government directly and callously suppressed my case through the AG Department and behind the scene manipulations of legal services i hired and paid for without a job.Justice was circumvented and severe punishment meted out to me through malicious and callous fabrication just because i opposed illegality in line with professional obligations and conduct to safe somebody's life who died as a result of a corrupt practices in a public institution.Whiles i was falsely accuse of mental disorder and suspended indefinitely on the basis of same,the official reason given for my suspension was vacation of post which was palpably false,corrupt and diabolic.I became a victim of a government my superiors accused me of sympathizing with and funding.I became an unfortunate target of political victimization by the Mahama Regime because of my background as a junior Cadre and perceived association with Rawlings.Eventually I have to defect and campaign for the NPP to support a good course as a patriotic citizen because i saw an extremely corrupt regime starkly deviating from its ideological principle of social justice and equality for all, with a Country virtually becoming a Banana Republic where rule of law was breached with impunity,misapplied and disrespected.There are thousands and thousands of people including ordinary citizenry who share Rawlings' anger and fraustration giving where the NDC came from.If the NDC as a party does not do a candid sober reflection,a deep introspection of events that led to that incredible calamitous lost,it risk self jeopardy.That will begin with 'hot heads' with the impudence and effrontery of a 'dying cockroach' lunching verbal assaults at the Founder who stated the obvious facts of corruption,greed ,avarice known to all and sundry evident by what we saw pre,per and post election as the cause of the party nasty thrashing defeat.What he left out to me which is even key was a well orchestrated plan to render him redundant in party affairs by targeting him and those loyal to his course.
