However, the courts n the police service must start to do the right things by not letting off the hook criminals who are even caught red handed. Otherwise it won't work bcos the citizenry feels more threatened by these freed hoodlums n criminals who storms back with reinforcements with guidance from their pay masters (corrupt lawyers, magistrates, judges, CIDs n commanders).
