The judge can only give a guilty verdict if the procsecution and the evidence are good. Remember the suspects also have lawyers. Your police take bribes and discard evidence materials and give bad prosecution, hence the robbe ...

It's unfortunate n unacceptable if they pounce on innocent victims like they did to highly respected Capt Mahama and as such condemnable. However, the courts n the police service must start to do the right things by not letting off the hook criminals who are even caught red handed. Otherwise it won't work bcos the citizenry feels more threatened by these freed hoodlums n criminals who storms back with reinforcements with guidance from their pay masters (corrupt lawyers, magistrates, judges, CIDs n commanders).

the judges are corrupt that is partly why the PNDC committed that gruesome operation, killing those judges.
