  I am least convinced about this report. By law enterprises to be established on the soil of Ghana; be it public or private need to have some guidance from EPA,Factories inspectorates, Ghana National Service, The local Assembly etc.
  Certain conditions are set up to be followed by the owners of the facility before it becomes operational. Has the committee charged to investigate this accident accessed this documents to ascertain whether the terms were followed or someone sits somewhere to give irrelevant instructions and it ends there?
  Although i am not privy to the report; there seem a lot of issues uncovered for lack of one thing or another which if not unearthed could land us in a recurrence because the causal facts have been ignored.
  I pray the honourable minster make public the investigation report, recommendations and implementation mode for some of us to add our stake on it.Let us stop this fire service job.

So a loving God decided to end the lives of some young people in such tragic way? And you shamelessly provided this report to the parliament?

What is certain however is the guilt the perpetrators, their organizers, the Mining Company Owners will live with for the rest of their lives. They will rather mill stones were hung around their necks so they can drown in those water bodies they have and are messing up.
