Give the citizenry (or potential lynchers) a sense of justice.

I believe Ghana will work again with these people in-charge. I think this npp communicator & his colleagues make much sense than communicators from the other party who were always out to insult people or defend their government even when commonsense suggested otherwise.

Secondly, our police services need a major overhaul, the men and women of the service require better training and adequate supply of logistics to help improve their service delivery.

It is a shame that political parties invest tax payers money in forming, training and arming vigilantes, while ignoring state police services. This nonsense must end.

On formal basis,you catch a thief or robber,he or she is being sent to the police for prosecution and the 'otherwise' happens. I suppose Ghanaians have been crestfallen for a while in this very institution. The police encourages such practice and they must correct the situation asap.

The Act will help to educate the public on the consequence of the terror of lynching.

This simple Act will go a long way to prevent the crime well entrenched I the mind of a large section of the Ghanaian and African society.
